My name is Elaine Otrofanowei and I'm a Complementary Therapist working in Ilford Essex. I have trainined in Advanced maternity and fertility Reflexology and specilise in maternity / fertility issue.

I provide a variety of therapies including Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki and Holistic Stress Management. These treatments can be offered individually or as a combined treatment.

I specialise in conditions affecting women's health such as PMS, infertility, PCOS, pregnancy and menopause.

I believe the complementary therapies I provide are both beneficial and relaxing, and to these ends I have tried to provide a little information about each therapy to help you understand the processes and what's involved.
