Here at Eco Therapies, I provide Acupuncture and Reflexology to my clients, to help them restore their health and wellbeing.

I specialise  in the treatment of female health issues using acupuncture, reflexology, supplements, nutrition, lifestyle advice and functional medicine, which looks at the root causes of the health issue.

These include Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Endometriosis,  Fertility (including male infertility), IVF Support, Repeated Miscarriage, PMS Menopause, Pregnancy,  Postpartum Support and other  related problems.

I also provide treatment for any types of Pain, muscular, back, shoulder, neck , hip, digestive issues ,insomnia, migraines, hayfever and many others, using Dr Tan’s Acupuncture Balance Method, often with instant relief.

I have a first class degree with honours in Acupuncture from UEL and, having undertook my dissertation on Polycystic ovarian syndrome, I have a particular interest in women’s health issues as well  as conditions including muscular skeletal problems such as back, neck and joint pain, insomnia, migraines and many others.



By applying various pressure and massage techniques to the feet, the body is stimulated to kick start its own natural healing through the use of Reflexology.
